Draft at the brewery taproom during RBWG 2014 - Asheville. Pours clear, dark brown with a tan cream head. Rich and bready, with dark sugars, meaty fruits, candi sugar. Full bodied with fine carbonation and massaging texture. Lightly warming on the finish, with more dark sugars, hearty bread, ripe dark fruits. Nicely rounded. Tasty. Sample at the Funkatorium. Dark mahogany color with a medium light beige head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast, caramel and dark fruit. Full-bodied with a slightly medicinal dark fruit character and notes of earthy yeast and caramel malt. The finish is sweet with a malt and yeast aftertaste. Sample @ Wicked Weed. Brown pour with a small head. Cocoa Puffs, runny sticky toffee pudding dessert. Burnt brown sugar. Some assertive Belgian yeast. Taste is of coffee, marzipan, a touch of smoke. Dark roasted malts. Sweet Belgian estery fruitiness. Full body, oily. Good.

Pours darker brown. A bit of fruitiness in the aroma that comes across stronger in the taste. Sweet.
Not bad , but won't be chasing.

Black/brown pour with tan head and lace. Aroma is brown sugar with light dried fruit. Sweet malt front with a fruity finish with sweet brown sugar notes. Medium body with smooth carbonation. one of best beers for me from them so far
