12 oz bottle from GA served with a baked chicken and spinach sandwich.
Look: Hazy golden body with plenty of visible carbonation leading up to a moderate size but durable white head.
Aroma: very floral; moderately herbal and fruity, and, in a good sense, lightly vegetative.
Flavor: mildly bitter. More basil here than cucumber.
Feel: pleasing light-medium body with medium-high carbonation.
Overall: refreshing; innovative; Good complexity in both the nose and the mouth. Should work well with many flavorful foods. tfontana (1129) - Fremont, New Hampshire, USA - OCT 1, 2016
Bottle pour into nonic pint glass from Julio’s Liquors. Appearance is hazy yellow-orange with greenish tinge, noticeable sedimentary floaters, decent sparkle, with finger-width white foamy head with poor retention and trace lacing. Aroma is basil/herbs, light pepper, allspice, juniper berry and mild cabbage. Taste is dominant basil/herbs with lighter juniper berry and pepper middle and cool cucumber at the finish. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, lively carbonation and cool cucumber, cracker malt, juniper berry finish. Overall, this is a one of a kind flavor experience. It’s refreshing and works well for the most part. jw0406 (1305) - atlanta, Georgia, USA - SEP 19, 2016

Bottle. Cuke in the aroma. Flavor is faint but there. Dominated by the Belgian style yeast and light crisp malt body. HourGlass13 (1046) - North Carolina, USA - SEP 10, 2016
Pours a cloudy light golden body with white lacing head. Aroma is fresh basil spice, cucumber. Mouth feel is on the lighter side with the cucumber flavor executed perfectly against the basil character. There is just a hint of berry in the finish. An awesome cucumber beer.

Basil-rific herbal goodness. The cucumber in here keeps things very crisp. A nip of sweetness from the juniper berries adds a bit if pleasant sweetness to the finish. Pours a lightly hazy golden with a fleeting head. Nice summery quencher. merc7186 (3160) - North Tonawanda, New York, USA - SEP 8, 2016

Monks, pours a hazy golden color. This has virtually no cucumber in it, it’s mostly just Belgian notes even some squash or pumpkin but wanted a lot more green earth from the cucumbers. Body is light to medium. Bland and not hoppy enough plus the pumpkin thing is not working for me. thornecb (6062) - Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA - SEP 1, 2016
Pours clear gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes to skim surface. Juniper and basil aromas. Sweet cucumber upfront turning to caramel before the lasting basil finish. hopdog (13102) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 1, 2016
Bottle. Poured a yellow color with a smaller sized head. Yep, it is a cucumber beer with basil.
