COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Inspired by a Hendricks gin basil cooler, Coolcumber is made with cucumber, basil and juniper berries. Just like making a great cocktail this beer is dosed carefully with its ingredients to create a one of a kind flavor experience. Golden in color and wonderfully drinkable.

Taps wan golden with a good porcelain head. Aroma presents floral, vegetable, malty and fruity notes, quite distinctive. Flavor delivers floral, cucumber, malty, fruity and subtle woody hop tones. Mouthfeel has firm body and good fizz. Cool as a cucumber!

UPDATED: JUN 19, 2016 Pours a hazy yellow colour, with a little white head and a little white lacing. Smells of cucumber and basil...I like it. Tastes of cucumber, spices, a little bitter hops, an almost nutty finish. I really like this beer. Really refreshing not over kill on the flavors.

Draft to taster at Wicked Weed. Pours a clear golden color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have pale Lightly toasted malts, cucumber, mild citrus, juniper, light drinkable, not my go to, but decent for what it is.

Wifes draft at their brewpub served in a small pint glass with a slice of cucumber, clear golden color with white head. Aroma notes of cucumber, fresh salad veggies, herbal and light citrus. Taste adds basil, juniper-citrus and light spices. Light body, moderate carbonation, crisp with veggie/spice finish. This is interesting yet good and refreshing. One of my unique beers.

Sample at the brewpub. Pale golden color with a medium thin white head that diminishes steadily. Short strings of lace. Aroma of cucumber, fruit and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of fresh cucumber, spice, fruit and malt. The finish is cucumbers and basil. Pretty good all around.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey for the Wicked Weed DC Debut event. Poured a clear golden yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was like cucumber juice, similar to the imperial version I had prior to this one. Cucumber is very refreshing in this one, but it is pretty tasty.
