COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Inspired by a Hendricks gin basil cooler, Coolcumber is made with cucumber, basil and juniper berries. Just like making a great cocktail this beer is dosed carefully with its ingredients to create a one of a kind flavor experience. Golden in color and wonderfully drinkable.

Poured from the tap into a tulip glass at Varner’s in Smyrna, GA. The appearance is a mildly murky golden color with a small white head. The aroma is mildly scented spices, cucumber was not present to me. The taste was a very mild basil and very slight cucumber taste. An excellent beer.

GABF. Gold pour, white head. This really does taste like a really good gin cocktail made with some beer, cucumber, basil and the juniper. Refreshing and really damn fun to drink.

UPDATED: JUN 19, 2016 Pours a hazy yellow colour, with a little white head and a little white lacing. Smells of cucumber and basil...I like it. Tastes of cucumber, spices, a little bitter hops, an almost nutty finish. I really like this beer. Really refreshing not over kill on the flavors.

This is definitely is the best cucumber I have ever had. Flavor is very much like Hendricks gin. Herbal cucumber sweet. If you are a gin lover, you probably will like this mellow summer sipper. Lots of similar nose. NICE!

UPDATED: JUN 13, 2013 Yellow, thin white head. Smells grainy, juniper and basil. Flavor is a lot of juniper, basil, pine, and then a good deal of cucumber flavor, especially as it warms. There is also a touch of hop bitterness, as well. Very refreshing, to say the least. When (if) Wicked Weed starts bottling, this would be a good place to start.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey for the Wicked Weed DC Debut event. Yellow with off-white head. Aromas of fresh cut cucumbers, lemons, spices, herbs. Tastes of lemon, cucumber, spices, herbs. Medium body with a dry finish. Nice refreshing beer, dig this more than the Imperial version.

On tap at brewery. Pours clear golden color. Smells of straight cucumber and herbs. Taste is light, refreshing, cucumber, herbs, tart berries, really good. You could drink it all day.

Tap @ Tyler’s Carboro - I had this one a couple days ago and really enjoyed the refreshing vegetal, cucumber notes in the beer. Somehow this one works. It reminds me of a refreshing summer salad in alcoholic form.

The definite surprise of my visit. Not a big fan on vegetable beers but this was very nice. Light and refreshing. Took a growler home.
