COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Garçon de Ferme is a Foeder-Rested, Brettanomyces farmhouse Ale. After fermentation, this pleasantly tart ale is blended back onto over a pound and a half per gallon of fresh, whole peaches to reflect and echo that the craft of the old has not been wasted on the young.

This beer is a hazy golden color with a medium bone white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of tart citrus, funky yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of tart peaches and lemons, brett yeast and bready malt. The finish is tart and funky with a peach aftertaste. Good beer overall.

Fat på MBCC 2017. Smak och doft av humle, persika, citrus, kursbär med toner av godis. Tjock och murrig, saftig fruktighet, viss syrlighet, lagom sötma, bra balans, fin beska med smak av citrusskal. Gott!
