Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 28C). Bottle 50 cl from Beergium - Batch unknown (BBF unknown - Bottled on 8.14.15). AROMA: predominant wild aroma with medium notes of lactic acid, barnyard and very faint background figs. APPEARANCE: pale gold color and slightly hazy, medium white head with medium retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium-high lactic flavor and some barnyard. no figs detected. medium bitterness with a dry and medium sour finish. PALATE: medium-low to low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: a wild beer with 2 years on the bottle that resulted in almost imperceptible fig notes. need to be retasted.

Bue en bouteille de 66cl chez Renaud et Charlie Couleur blonde, grosse effervescence mousse moyenne Nez sur le brett avec une pointe fruitée grosse attaque acide et lactique en bouche bel équilibre avec la figue en toute fin de bouche qui court sur le côté bois et granuleux du fruit.
