Draft at the brewery taproom during RBWG 2014 - Asheville. Pours hazy yellow with a creamy, white head. Nice and refreshing, with light cereal quality, moderate tartness, some straw bitterness, a little lemony tang. Light in body with fine carbonation. Moderately sweet to finish, with more cereal, slight corn, lemon. Perhaps a little on the young side, but not bad overall. Travlr (26288) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 27, 2014
Draft at the source. Cloudy pale yellow color. Nice aroma of dusty peach skins. Aroma is fruity, dusty, funky. Tasty. jackl (8454) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - AUG 5, 2014
Sample @ Wicked Weed. Cloudy gold pour with a tiny white head. Peach, musty fruit skin and a bit of pollen. Light citrus and some brett. Lactic funk. Taste is delicate. Lemon curd and honeyed pears. Sweet peach juice. Dry, soft finish. Light carbonation. Pleasant. Shag (3047) - Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA - JUN 3, 2014
Cloudy yellow white head. Aroma contains some peaches, citrus, and vinegar. Flavor is crazy sour with a lot funk and little peach. Citrus and vinegar all day. I love this country. GTAEgeek (2468) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - MAY 20, 2014
On tap in a flight at the brewpub. Pours a light, sickly yellow. Heavy lemon juice aromas, with pineapple and a pretty significant brett funk. Light citrusy sweetness, with a big, smooth tartness. Light body, acidic, and smooth. Overall, this is a nice, refreshing, tart beer. The brett isn’t too aggressive, but instead leaves a smooth flavor. Nicely done!

On tap at Wicked Weed. Pours a cloudy golden orange color with white head. Tart, apricot, citrus, peach, straw, orange aromas. Tart, apricot, straw, white wine flavors. A little lighter bodied. Delicious. emacgee (4708) - Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA - APR 11, 2014
Pours a cloudy/hazy light blonde pour with two fingers of thick sticky white head. Nose shows pineapple, tart peach, fruit skin, earthy funk, and a hint of feet. Very very nice. Flavor shows some grainy toasty malt and a touch of feet/socks. Light fruity/peachy notes. A very sessionable acidity on the finish. Nice GT (10017) - San Diego, California, USA - FEB 23, 2014

>> Pours a hazy bright straw, excellent foam. Nose is light peach, vanilla, pie crust, buttery oak barrel/Chardonnay. Taste is buttery Chardonnay, vanilla, lemon. Palate is dry, refreshing, but again not much body left and a lot of lemon remaining. Still, very nice and without the super citric bite of their other sours, this one became the most drinkable of the funky stuff.
RBWG14 Trip Rating #6. Draft at the downstairs tap room. Pours a hazy peach color with a thin creamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of dry peach, peach pits, pale malts, lactic tartness, mild tannins. The taste is sweet and bitter peach, peach pits, earth, tannins, mild funk. Medium bodied, very smooth, quite nice. italarican (1606) - Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 10, 2014
On tap at Wicked Weed during RBWG. Nice peach sweetness complements lactic and wheat notes. Some table sugar and chardonnay in the finish. It doesn’t seem like a saison to me, but it does seem delicious.
