Draft at the brewery during RBWG 2014 - Asheville. Pours clear, rich gold with a foamy white head. Very nice, quite juicy, moderately resinous, plenty of tropical fruit notes set above a sturdy, bready foundation. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Resinous on the finish, lightly warming, with more tropical fruits, melon, some oily pine. Good balance. Solid IPA. Travlr (26071) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 27, 2014

Taster on tap at Wicked Weed during RBWG. Clear orange color. Thin khaki head. Thicker sheets of lace. Good head retention. Medium to bigger body. Lighter carbonation. Good bigger dry finish. More smooth texture. Good peach, pine aromas. Very nice. Moderate to bigger bitter taste. Lightly zesty. Awesome, aromatic, interesting single hop DIPA. Never heard of this Azacca. It’s interesting, piney, peachy, and aromatic. Tasty! Aromatic! SpringsLicker (3677) - Tennessee, USA - FEB 15, 2014

Draft at brewpub. Pours clear gold with white head. Nose and taste of hop, pot buds, light caramel malt, white sugar and tropical fruit. Medium body. 3fourths (9358) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - FEB 10, 2014
Draft. Clear orange amber. Orange jelly marmalade hop profile with minor accents of green onion. Medium body, sweet, relatively high bitterness. Prickly acid wash across the tongue. Touches of tropical fruit and pine... apparently that’s the expected character of Azacca hops so the character in this beer fits. More balanced in the mouth than their other hoppy beers. No off-notes, malt has some softness, I just don’t get much enjoyment from tropical fruit / resin hops. blomster (289) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - FEB 9, 2014
