7/30/17. Bottle thanks to Carl! Amber pour with a nice khaki head. Lightly tart aroma, funky, sour, red wine, oak, vanilla. Good flavor, some caramel, tart, funky, dark cherries, red wine. Tasty enough.

Draft. Nose is hugely fruity, juicy. Very inviting with a light sourness and malt sweetness. Cloudy dark red. Taste is is initially tart, drying, a bit of leather. Pretty dang tasty and not too sour at all. Wonderful.

The wine one, This is a tough grape to use since its lighter and has low tannins. Gets washed out a little in the base. Same thing happened to Casey. great complexity in the base though.
