Clean sharp gold pour with one finger of off white head. Nose is very soft and floral with aromatics reminiscent of Tripel Karmeliet. Dry and peppery with a prominent bitterness and zesty hop bittnerness. Dry and light bodied.
2oz on tap at the downstairs taproom. Fantastic mix of peppery belgian yeast, mild breadiness, and good citrus hop. Medium-plus body. Smooth, kind of soft, lighter carbonation. Light slick, light dry finish. Mildly hazy golden orange color. Thin off-white head. Leaves great thicker ridges of lace. Awesome herbal character. Moderate sweet taste. Lighter bitter. Easy to sip. Wonderful long herbal aftertaste. Fantastic, balanced, complex belgian IPA. woodychevy (874) - - FEB 15, 2015
On tap downstairs. Kind of suprised at low score- was one of the highlights for me. Pours mostly golden with a white head. Drinks with the crispness of a white IPA- kind of a perfect spring beer. Pine and citrus notes pair perfectly with the Belgian yeast. The Belgian notes tone down the typical IPA bitterness/flavors. Great balance. Really crisp. One could even say zesty. decaturstevo (6342) - decatur, Tennessee, USA - FEB 12, 2015
Lightly hazed yellow pour with creamy white head and lace. Aroma is floral hops and Belgian yeast. Flavor is floral hops, Belgian yeast, and a toucho hay. Medium body with slightly aggressive carbonation. Dry crisp spicy finish. OldGrowth (3474) - the Containment Area, North Carolina, USA - OCT 3, 2013

From a 32oz growler shared by JD at Beer Study. Thanks dude! Pours hazy golden with a small whispy white head. Nose shows lots of belgian yeast, esters, light pepper, light pine. Flavor is similar, again more Belgian yeasty than hoppy, though some floral and citrus notes show through after it decants a bit and warms up. Solid, look forward to trying more from this new NC brewery. NachlamSie (3523) - Denver, Colorado, USA - FEB 28, 2013
16 oz. pour at the brewpub. This is a lightly hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is supremely refreshing with soft fruity esters and floral hops. The palate is spritzy and light. Balanced fruity notes with tasteful bubblegum work with the hops which add a citrus bite, but don’t come too much into the foreground. This is really nice. thedm (6280) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - FEB 26, 2013
This draft brew from the brewery poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a uncarbonated transparent light orange colored body and a good lacing. The mild aroma was malty. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a mellow fruity aftertaste. The nice flavor contained notes of wheat fruity and hops. A decent one that I would consider drinking again. Drake (14043) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - FEB 20, 2013
UPDATED: FEB 21, 2013 Brewvival Trip Beer 29. Draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a large frothy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of herbal, floral, earthy hops and bready malts. The taste is herbal hops, stone fruits, bread. Medium bodied. Nice beer. jbruner (5008) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - JAN 30, 2013
Pours a translucent golden orange on tap with a foamy white head that dissipates to leave decent lacing. Aroma of grassy hops, pine, belgian yeast that lends to banana and bubble gum esters with the malts. Taste is mostly the belgian yeast, but the hops kick in to leave a citrusy bitter bite on the end. Pretty good, but not the best of their beers. 6% abv according to the menu.
