Refrigerated 12.7 oz. brown bottle poured into a glass. Hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is tart fruit, medium body, medium carbonation, and some lacing. Taste tart plum and vineous. Cybercat (6585) - Georgia, USA - NOV 18, 2017
Pours translucent grapefruit with a fair eggshell head. Aroma presents sour citrus and malty tones. Flavor features serious fruity tartness plus a bit of fresh malt. Mouthfeel offers fair body and fizz, and a tart citrus finish. Pre-sellout, always good. kraddel (9680) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - NOV 18, 2017
Pours rather clear, peachy amber. Small white head fades rather fast. Smell is dry, lactic sour, plums, bit earthy. Taste is bit tart, rather dry, not as lactic as feared. Fruity. Nice. j12601 (13659) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - JUL 21, 2017
On the RBSG16 bus. Pours a hazed pink with a thin white head. Musk, soft funk and fruit. A touch of tart plums and fruit. Medium bodied, tangy with a nice bit of bright acidity, tangy and vibrant. Lovely acidity, Slow musk and funk into the finish. Gorgeous.

Ah the plum one. Strong plum flavors work so well with tart beers. The fruit does however mask some of the saison/sour base and it loses complexity.

Bottle. Sensoric. Ruby, medium hazy with moderate, thick, densed, white, frothy head. Good head retention and lacing. Mainly moderate brett notes, which pretty covers all other aromas. Secondly moderate stone fruits character - nice and stable. Also some cherries, after warming-up and shaking glass you can experience nice, light plums accents - mild and "sweet" in the aroma. In general when it reaches nearly room temp. it revels nice fruity accents with stable brett notes. Taste is light to moderate sweet with very light bitterness. The sourness is more intense in the beginning, when it’s quite cold. Oaky and woody notes intensifies light to moderate tartness. Nice sweet and fruity aftertaste. Medium body, watery to oily texture, lively carbonation. In general once another interesting experiment, the plums gives this beer subtle character esp. after warming and nice ruby color. The balance between bretts and clear lactic sourness. Nice and delicious. MrSquash (155) - Florida, USA - JAN 20, 2017
Intensely sour up front. So sour it masks a lot of the plum aroma. Flavor is similar to the aroma but it finishes mildly sweet like the aftertaste of a plum. baraciisch (3587) - California, USA - JAN 3, 2017
Hazy pinkish hue... Aroma of white wine, Chardonnay buttery oak, plums... Flavor is light and crisp, lots of plum and white wine notes, juicy and refreshing... Some funk on finish... Excellent

Hazy pinkish hue with a thin white cap. Lovely fruity plummy nose with crisp light white wine tones. Crisp flavor that’s a little light plummy and tart and lightly woody with a light white wine grapey tone. Lightly tart and fruity and complex. 500 ml bottle purchased at Leary’s Fine Wine, Newburyport. Bottled: 5-27-2016. Dirty pink in color, thin head in a chalice. Aroma is mild acid, subtle plums, weak Berry hints, light oak.
Acid is on the lower end. Fruit almost balances the sour notes. But still a good amount of pucker. Oaky finish with good tartness. Thankful that there is very little vinegar notes. Effervescent mouth feel. For a sour, this is really nice.
