3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Growler from the brewery. Pours a light pale straw with a finger of white head. Nose is grassy and bright. Lemony citrus, and a bit of wit-like curacao, but subtle. Super flavorful and refreshing. Wish I had this on tap in my house.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at the downstairs tasting room. Pours a very pale hazy yellow color with a thin white head. Fair head retention. Aroma of bready malts and spice. The taste is pale malts, spice, earth and mild tartness. Thin-medium bodied, refreshing.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
This poured a cloudy yellow color with a white head. The aroma contains some faint citrus and spice. The flavor contains mostly some slight lemon flavors and not much else. This is more like a witbier. Overall it’s ok but a little too petite.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
Growler. Pours a light hazy color. It’s one of the lightest beers I’ve drunk in a while, looks like a lighter witbier. The aroma is quite full though. There are hints of banana and clove along with a tart funk and gentle citrus. While the palate is not heavy either, this beer does not skimp on flavor. There are woody hops and citrus suggestions on top of banana, clove and hay. It’s supremely refreshing and complex. This is an ideal summer thirst-quencher.
