Sample at the brewpub. Hazy yellow-gold color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal yeast, mildly funky citrus and biscuit malt. The finish is fruity yeast and malt. Decent overall. Appearance: Hazy, gold body underneath a fine, near white head.
Smell: Lightly sweetish cereal malts, touch of rustic grain. A wee bit winy. Fruity hints of lemon, apple and pear. Mild spice accents.
Taste: Pils malt, lightly grainy with a dry honeyish tone. Champagnesque flavor. A touch of sweet lemon, sip of very faint pear juice. Light hint of hopsice and bitterness. Softly phenolic. Dry and still a bit lightly grainy on the crispish finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. A little over medium carbonation.
Overall: Quality. Why, it’s like leaping headfirst into a chasm of refreshment. Drake (14045) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 8, 2015
Keg at the brewery. Pours a clear pale golden with a large frothy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of white grapes, bready malt, floral notes. The taste is bready malt, spice, yeast, white wine. Medium bodied, lingering spice. jbruner (5026) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - DEC 31, 2014
Pours a cloudy yellow on tap with fluffy white head that leaves good lace. Aroma is funky farmhouse yeast over nice malty and earthy backbone. Taste follows, pretty standard straight ahead saison. No frills, musty earth, soft carbonation, nice mouth.

This well-defined Saison showcases bubblegum and banana esters riding fierce bubbles to a herbal hop finish.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A ring of foam crowns the misty golden shine.
-Base malts are beautifully expressed.
-The mouthfeel is lean and made for big gulps.
-This would probably be amazing were it bottle-conditioned.
On tap at the brewery restaurant.
A golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet phenolics, burned wood, resinous, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with banana esters, cloves, eugenol, pleasant. On tap at brewery. Travlr (25558) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - NOV 24, 2014
