Bottle at a tasting. Hazy blonde color, high carbonation, healthy white foam. Nose is yellow apple, planty like aloe juice, just a little green. Flavor begins with high carbonation on the front palate, low bitterness, simple characters of yellow apple and sourdough bread. It’s straightforward saison. Perhaps touches of plastic and paper, but not distracting. dry, high carb, low bitterness, simple, easy, small plastic, small paper merc7186 (3160) - North Tonawanda, New York, USA - FEB 12, 2016

Bottle @ home, thanks to jcnielsen for sending! Pours a clear, deep golden appearance with a big foamy, cream colored head. Aroma has grassy, green hops, some funk, flowers, light toast, and some tropical fruit. There’s a slight metallic element to the nose as well. Fairly dry. Herbal and lightly funky flavor. Maybe a touch of butter in the background. Kind of bland and grassy with a couple of unsavory notes. Kind of disappointing. wchesser (2140) - Denver, Colorado, USA - JAN 15, 2016
Deep gold with thick, persistent head. Nose is subdued but some tropical fruit brett elements. Wouldn’t call this a saison myself, more like a bretted pale, but really juicy tropical fruit characters on a solid malt backbone. Incredibly smooth and drinkable. Super tasty. Couldn’t pick out what the NZ hops do here, but this is delicious. DCLawyer (2914) - Falls Church, Virginia, USA - DEC 29, 2015
Bottle share at the WWWW beer tasting at iphonephan’s. Orange/gold with small white head. Floral, herbal, and citrus notes. Clean. Decent.

Bottle. Mostly clear yellow pour, with a white head. Citrusy, grapefruit, some tropical fruit, mild sweetness, herbal, light funk, and light Brett yeast. demmbonz (784) - Erin, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 6, 2015
Shared bottle to mini snifter. Nice soapy dry saison with a juicy hop kick. Very tasty in combination with the brett. Good combo. Works well. MrChopin (4305) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - OCT 23, 2015

effervescent translucent gold, lasting puffy white head. Dusty soft mango nose, high attenuation, grassy. Mango and lime up front, faint lactic alongside low burnt caramel bitterness. Some heat and cloying plastic esters in the sticky finish, poor body and marriage but interesting nuance.
Bottle from a trade. Poured at home into a snifter. Hazy yellow gold with BIG head. Super carbonated. Aroma is brett funk, dank basement, some mild lemon and apples, and cereal. Taste is really yeast brett funkiness and some dank basement followed by the light fruits on the finish. Tart, carbonated, prickly. Pretty good. jbruner (5277) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - SEP 18, 2015
Pours a hazy golden orange from the bottle with big fluffy white head that leaves good lace. Aroma of funky brett and zesty earthy notes. Taste follows, wanted a bit more of both hop and funk, but nice and subtle isn’t a bad thing.
