Bouteille 50 cl.
1 pint 9 ounce bottle poured at home. Picked it up from the brewery on our family trip to Asheville. Pours a brown red copper with little head. Earth nose with some dried chili pepper. Good mouthfeel with a warm pumpkin and chili head on the finish with earthy not sweet chocolate.

Bottle split at Leighton's 20K, thanks to Matteo, 01/03/17.
Mahogany brown with a decent beige cap.
Nose is spice, cocoa powder, dark fruit rinds, chilli, breads.
Taste comprises green pepper bite, charr, toffee, cocoa powder, dark fruits.
Medium plus body, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Decent enough for the style but nothing I'd choose to revisit. 5000 (6900) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - DEC 30, 2017
Bottle:   Deep brown sugar, moderate frothy khaki head, spotty lacing.   Soft cocoa nose, even lighter spices.   Fairly strong cocoa nibs up front, spices are very minor.   Not sure how this is a Pumpkin Beer.   Cocoa nibs, soft chilies, with a very small smidge of pumpkin spices on the tongue.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Somewhat viscous but not enough for me to say full bodied.   Lingering cocoa and soft chilies.   Decent beer, but would never guess it for a Pumpkin Beer. newsmanmarc (6) - - DEC 15, 2017 does not count
Amazing taste. Perfect balance of spice and sweet. Def a beer I would drink over and over.

Layered, something between a stout and a pumpkin ale, vanilla, chocolate, wood, and on the other vector - spices, earthy, tartness. unique combo w/o excessive novelty. loves a bit of piquancy in tail end. my only complaints - it's a smidgen watery an the initial flavors dissipate quickly - gotta try the BA erikaraeb (326) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - NOV 23, 2017
Layered and spicy. Pumpkin in one layer avoids dominating the whole flavor. Cardamom, clove, and perhaps chocolate in subsequent layers. Peppers and smoke throughout, though the spice isn't overpowering. Chudwick (3533) - Taylor Mill, Kentucky, USA - NOV 11, 2017
Bottle from on of the cousins in the barrio. Nose is slight potpourri but no peppers. Sip adds light smoke and faint spicy peppers. Was hoping this would be spicier. Decent aroma. Heat lingers a bit. DocLock (11258) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 6, 2017
Bottle from Smith's. Pours turbid deep brownish, looking deep burgundy through direct light, with frothy, tam head. Nose is pumpkin, hot pepper, cacao. Tastes of pumpkin, spice, chili peppers, cacao, with a smooth finish. More late heat, and this combo works for me. ehaak26 (796) - - NOV 4, 2017
Bottle from the Brewery. Aroma of pumpkin, chiles, spices, and some cacao .
