COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This American Amber Ale is a Hoppy and Caramel flavored American style beer. The first smell delivers a sweet caramel malt background with a hit of hoppy citrus aroma from the Citra and Cascade Hops. The flavor follows suit and a pleasant lightly lingering citrus bitterness mellows with the malt to the end.

High Wycombe House Warming. Thanks to Wingman. Hazy deep gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, dry and has decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, trace of dry cream. Light sweetish floral mid. Mild sherbetty candy fruits. Light finish, Interesting but probably not what was intended.

November 2016 - Bottle share at Theydon’s High Wycombe Tasting. Thanks Dave! As ’Wicklow Wolf American Amber’. Hazy dark amber orange brown, dense foamy off-white head leaves full lacing. Aroma is light and airy, a little woody and minty. Body is light, a little foamy with tingly carbonation. Taste is quite dry and almost bretty with a toffee sweetness, earthy and citrussy. Thin bodied but OK. (3.2)

Aromat średnio intensywny, delikatnie kwaskowaty, czerwone owoce.

Bottle. Nutty malty aroma, some floral hops. Nutty flavour with very light hints of hops, and gets watery very quickly. An unbalanced bitterness finishes it off. (Hotel room, Dublin, 14.06.2016)
