Sample at the Hills Market beer tasting on 07/25/2013. The beer is a clear gold-amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, citrus and malt. Light to medium body with a citrusy hops flavor and notes of caramel and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a hoppy aftertaste. 12oz bottle - pours deep, gold with off white head and modest lacing. Nose is citrus and resin. Flavor adds a malty backbone. Crisp and refreshing with a thin to medium body. Mellow hoppiness. EtTuCthulhu (1391) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - JUL 27, 2013
This brew’s color is orange with a medium white head, and the aroma is reminiscent of resin, floral, and citrus hops. The taste is mildly bitter, slightly sweet, and touch sour; furthermore, the palate combines a sticky texture, abrupt finish, medium body, and average carbonation. Bottle from Rite-Aid: Created a thick fluffy topping of foam which eventually simmered down leaving behind a light copper brass colored liquid. Aroma is faint with only a minor hint of aromatic hops that also has notes of wheat or rye bread. The drink is mild and has a rustic combination of light pine like hops paired with bready like malts which results in a balanced pale ale but compared to other PA styles this isn’t even in the contest. jeremytoni (3058) - Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA - JUL 27, 2013
From a bottle poured a copper color with a fair amount of head. Nice hoppy flavor with a quick finish.

Kind of a basic lager with a little hop finish. Nothing too noteworthy but not a bad backyard beer. backdaft (286) - Menasha Red Light District, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 26, 2013
On tap @ Basil’s in Appleton. Clear amber in color with a thin white head. Sweet caramel malt aroma... not a good sign. The taste is sweet caramel malt and some piney hops. Pretty average, nothing really jumps out at you, I’ll pass. peteinSD (1469) - San Diego, California, USA - JUL 26, 2013
Pour from a bottle on an Alaska Airlines flight. Darker golden color with a slick of white foam. Aroma is heavy sweet malt and caramel with a very small touch of pine into the finish. Taste has more pine and bitterness but it takes the backseat to the sweet malt and caramel. Clean mouthfeel but very ordinary and almost as though they went out of the way to hide the hops. 12 oz bottle from the six type sampler case. A nice blend of hops makes this stand out from the rest. Brew42 (62) - - JUL 24, 2013
Appearance- Pours clear amber with slight head
Smell- Best part of the beer. Smelled like a mix of caramel and fruit. The fruit/sweetness mix reminded me of a blueberry muffin. Great smelling beer.
Taste-Completely different from the smell. Basic bready/crackery flavor with a little citrus
Mouthfeel- Smooth with very slight carbonation.
Overall- I was a little let down. I was expecting a stronger flavor after I smelled it but still a decent beer.
