Bottle from the Malt Shoppe. No bottle date, but the 30th anniversary cap. Pours a clear pale orange with a bit of an off-white head. Aroma has subtle citrus, pine and old beer hall malts. Taste is of sweet and sour fruits, some light citrus, some chewy resin and pale malts. All fairly subtle. The citrus with some pine show better down in the glass. Medium bodied without much to it, unfortunately. Finishes somewhat short, sweet and a bit earthy. Nothing to see here, move on. Not been impressed - typically - by this brewery, so the theme continues. 12.2

COuld have been fresher when I drank it. I get the citrus, exotic fruit hops. PLenty of bitterness and a medium bodied malt with a little sweetness and some breadiness. Not exceptional but a fairly solid IPA.

Bottle at Oak Barrel, HEL. Deep amber color, small off-white head. Bready, citrus hoppy aroma. Medium-bodied. Flavor is bready with citrus-fruity flavors. Perharps not the most fresh one ... turned more malty side.

Aspetto ambrato, schiuma non abbondante, corpo leggero. Aroma molto ricco di luppolo, ercaceo, floreale e agrumato. Sapore erbaceo, dolcezza del malto, poi subito amaro. Molto beverina.

Golden pour with thin white head. Great color for the name. Smells of grass and pine - pretty nice. With some piney bitterness comes a great malt flavor. This stuff is smooth as heck with a clean finish.

Poured from 12 oz bottle into schooner glass. Appearance: pours a pillowy off white head that falls slowly with some nice lacing. Color is somewhat cloudy copper with abundant streaming carbonation. Aroma: citrus and floral hops dominate, with some malt sweetness in the background. Mouthfeel: light to medium bodied with a wet finish. Flavor: citrus is throughout the taste with some balancing malt sweetness Overall: enjoyable but nothing outstanding.

CelticBrew (912) - The Crystal Coast, North Carolina, USA - FEB 4, 2015
Poured from 12 oz bottle a medium deep copper color, forming a white head of foam. Aroma of hops, herbs, malted goodness, and Irish field grass. Flavour much of the same, with some slight tropical fruits, medium mouth feel and finishes both malty and bitter.
