A cloudy copper color with a white head. Smells hoppy like a fresh IPA. The taste start heading off light a bold ipa. Then like a wave rolling in the malts take over and rinse away. there is a nice fizz in the sip.

One of my favorite. None of the notes are over-powering. It’s a nice blending and good balance of the ingredients. Not too hoppy, not too fruity or spicy. Served best in a frosty mug at 34degrees.

22 FL.OZ ($3.99) This is quickly becoming one of my favorite beers. Hard hitter that’s got lots flavor. Definitely a 2nd round beer and not something you want to drink all night as I can imagine this is a hangover maker.

Appearance: deep amber, almost copper colour, very slightly hazy; very weak, thin foam, disappears quickly, but very few remains of it for long Aroma: sweet, very, very malty; like Cherry Queen dessert (sour cherry in dark chocolate), a few of quince, strawberry, a little bit of wafer; raisin, lime tree flower, with thymus in the background; green pomace, very light roasted malt tone Taste: a bit tart, dryish; pleasant bitterness Palate: rather light, moderate carbonation, pleasantly medium closing Overall: certainly one of the best beers I ever met, its rich and varied in aroma amazed me

This one pours a clear and bubbly golden amber with a thick and fine-bubbled wheat head. Malty aroma is subtly fruity and hoppy. Mouth-filling malty flavor has firm notes of hops and apple to round it out. Texture has above-average firmness and good fizz.
