Pretty hoppy beer. Nothing that really distinguishes itself but overall I found it enjoyable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Smell is not excessive, it tastes a lot but perhaps not entirely good. The aftertaste is left for a while. However, I would not say that this is a bad beer. It’s okay to drink, but for me so I do not think it fits.

Aroma is generously hopped with a slight pine smell. Deep ruby/amber with a quick dissipating foam. Immense and full bodied with complex flavors of wheat, heavy caramel, molasses, brown sugar and oats. Booze is very well masked. Overall, this is absolutely fantastic. A genius winter ale with a hop dryness upfront and a very sweet finish leaving you a pleasant alcohol warmth. -Fish!

Draft. Pours a nice dark amber with about a finger of white head. Aroma of caramel, slight citrus and baking spices. Taste is about the same. Medium bitter and light sweet. Caramel, spices and citrus. Medium bodied with an almost thick texture. Lively carbonation and a decently long finish. Overall, not bad. I could drink this again.

Bottle. Pours a clear reddish-brown with a medium head. The aroma boasts a nice balance of citrus-pine hops and sweet malts. The flavor isn’t nearly as good, though. The balance isn’t really there, as the hops don’t come through, and there’s a soapy off-taste that’s a bit off-putting. Bready finish. Hides its ABV well. Not awful, but I wouldn’t seek it out again.

It is a beautiful golden brown in color with minimal fizzy head that didn’t last long. Smells hoppy with a hint of something sweet. Tastes moderately hoppy not too overpowering, with a minimally sweet finish
