Very light aroma with a floral hoppy palette. Not bad at all but not the best winter ale Ive had. Good for warming the cockles on those cold damp evenings, well worth a gargle if you havent tried it already.

Fargen er superklar rdbrun, og skummet moderat. Aroma av karamell og trket frukt, litt friskt gress. Smaken er under middels fyldig, med mye rde br og karamell, noe grapefrukt. Ganske trr avslutning.

Six pack from Harris Teeter in Huntersville, NC. Bottles. Starts with an aroma of hops and some malt. Deep amber in color with tan head. Nice mixture of citrus hops up front followed by some slightly sweet malt, spices, banana and a hint of caramel. Finishes slightly bitter but clean. Fantastic

12 ounce bottle. Bright amber orange color. Medium-sized beige head. Spruce hop aroma. Toasted malt flavor is balanced by a spicy grapefruit hoppiness with notes of black pepper and mace. Crisp, dry hoppy finish.

Appearance has a light brown amber with a thin head, but good lace. Smell of bold hops, pine and citrus. Taste has a good upfront piney hoppiness, grapefruit, spice and malt. Mouthfeel is smooth and slick going down with just the right amount of carbonation. though the ABV is not evident in taste, it is a bold drinker, one that the palate warms up to.

Clear brown body with a thin beige head. Sweet aroma of brown sugar, citrus, and pine. The palate is relatively light, and the beer is smooth. Sweet entry of brown sugar and malt fades to a nice bitter finish with a touch if pine and grapefruit. Nice brew. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap @ Hop Devil with E. Dark glassy red-brown, think beige head. Aroma hard to detect (thanks, shaker!) But I get some malt action and light chalky spice. Palate is sweet upfront and a little hop bitterness comes through on the way down. Kind of nondescript though, and perpetuates my intrinsic dislike of beers with "warmer" in the name. I dont feel warmer or happier. But not bad at all.

Bottle: Thanx to MR.Rask: Clear deep red colour, with a thin head. Aroma is dominated of sweet maltynes, caramelly, and dry fruitines. Flavor had a nice creamy mouth feeling of sweet maltynes, some fruitynes, and caramelly! MEdium body, reminds me of a bock beer this one! Medium sweet malty finish. Nice Christmas Beer!
