A- Lemons, mangoes, grapefruit, peaches, pineapple, wheat.
A- Golden orange color, cloudy liquid, white head.
T- Tropical fruits, citrus, wheat, slightly sweet, balanced.
P- Light body, tart texture, average carbonation, smooth fruity finish.
O- I love citra hops and this beer uses them perfectly. A very smooth and refreshing blonde ale. Widmer Brothers nailed it with this one.

A: Pours a blonde ale with brilliant clarity and a transient single finger of off white foam which falls to nearly no sheet of the same. No lace.
S: Citra hops have lately become quite familiar to me, and they’re present here. They are quite subdued compared to my recent exposure, but they are well applied in their tropical tastiness. Otherwise some underlying grainy malts are dry in character.
T: Lots of grain component, some hops are in here, but contribute little palate interaction. Grains are plain, unsweetened and raw tasting. A hint of flour.
M: Medium on light body with sharp and persistent carbonation. Dry finish.
O: The look and smell are nice, but the flavor is a substantial disappointment for me. One and done.

12 ounce bottle from Red Hook/Kona/Widmer Brothers summer variety 12 pack purchased at Western Hills Kroger, tasted on September 20, 2013. Clear golden hue, nice fruity aroma with citrus and other fruit notes, medium fruity flavor with backround bitterness that’s a bit unpleasant. I don’t quite get the high ratings but it would be a dull board if we agreed on everything, would it not? Gription79 (2892) - Bountiful, Utah, USA - DEC 8, 2013
Poured from a 12 ounce bottle, thanks to Mike. Super Citra aroma, slight cat pee. Malty, grainy, vegetal, citrusy, some mango notes. A tasty blond ale. GnarlyGnome (1353) - Fairfield, Ohio, USA - NOV 19, 2013
bottle: pours a clear golden color with a nice fluffy white head. Aroma is sweet citrus. Taste is bright...refreshing citrus and fruit. Nice and refreshing, but nothing surprising or "special" about it. Great warm weather drinker.

Pours a hazy straw yellow. Aroma reminds me of a urinal cake. Not sure why. Lots of citrus on the nose. But not much flavor. Watery. Not enjoyable. Brouwerij (959) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - OCT 26, 2013
Bottle. Pours a clear orange gold with coarse white head, settles quickly with essentially no lace. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, floral. Flavor is citrus, malty, nutty, mildly piney, with a fruity, peach, grape finish. Quite fruity and sweet. Soft carbonation, light body, and juicy texture. Light, sweet, fruity blond ale. jsmerig (1682) - Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 24, 2013
Pours a clear deep golden yellow. Aroma is a bit nutty and lightly spicy/peppery. The taste is light and a bit watered down. The citra comes through as pungent and peppery, but it’s strength is a little weak. Also grainy and nutty. Good crisp finish, but undewhelming due to the whole weak flavor Ughsmash (7510) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 25, 2013
Bottled. Poured cloudy straw golden with a short, spotty white head. The aroma picked up a kiss of citrus over soft bready malts.. not a whole lot going on, but it smelled refreshing. The flavor found bready notes and pale malts at the core with light grassy bitterness and scratchy orange peel around.. refreshing finish. Light-medium bodied with fairly high carbonation on the palate.. dry and grainy at times.. this was aiight. GT (10017) - San Diego, California, USA - SEP 17, 2013
355mL new label and bottle design. Chill haze, brighter gold pour. Medium, soapy white foam with weaker retention. Not much aroma- mild soap. Taste is bland- small soap and biscuit. Disappointing. Tastes almost like nothing :/
