Not much in the aroma. A nice orange hue. This has a great first crisp bite. The beer is quite nice. Light yet with some Carmelly list flavor. Pleased. poisoneddwarf (2511) - Coeur dí Alene, Idaho, USA - FEB 2, 2013
12 oz bottle from a six pack bought at Steinís in Rathdrum, ID. Pours clear gold with a medium collapsing off-white head. Aroma is grainy, SweeTarts, lemon rind, bready. Taste is lightly bittersweet, bready. Carbonation and body are medium. A nice, simple, easy-drinking brew. Squizzle (304) - Ashland, Oregon, USA - FEB 6, 2013
Im partial to the name and the label because it reminds me of home. Tasty beer smooth and minor hoppy. Iíd get it again.

Bottle from union beer house. Pours a darker golden color. Aroma of cidery malt. Taste is grassy and floral with hops with an incredibly crisp finish. No lingering bitterness and not overly malty either. I like it. I would get a sixtel of this.

Caramel and bread nose. Clear amber color with a white head. Taste is bitter and hoppy. Nice clean palate, very refreshing. Alphadelic (2235) - Portland, Oregon, USA - FEB 9, 2013
A bright brown with a real fluffy white head. The nose is malty with a crisp lager yeast character and some lightly peppery hops. There is an immediate burst of light bitterness. This then gives way to a real buttery popcorn sweetness which subsides giving an interesting bitter finish. Very drinkable, a great addition to their line-up. Comes out of the tap an attractive clear amber with a decent pale golden-tan head - not thick, but that is apparently an artifact of the pour. Malty aroma has notes of banana, grassy hops and spice. Flavor has notes of malt, hops, banana, horehound and a snipped of cloves & cinnamon. Smooth, satisfying texture has a persistent fizz and leaves a hoppy, fruity finish. Long live the Columbia hop! weitz15 (581) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - MAR 17, 2013
Smooth texture, mild hop flavor. Medium amber pour with a thin white head. Good mix of malts and hops - this one may be one of the better "session beers" Iíve had. BeerKurve (520) - - APR 28, 2013
Dark Orange with a fairly clear appearance and the carbonation appears fairly moderate; Lacing is also fairly abundant.. Aroma has some fairly strong yeast & barley notes backed up by a mild Pils-grassy scent. The flavor has a strong yeast & barley profile backed up by a hefeweizen-like spicy zing. Body is moderate in weight and the carbonation is fairly mild. A decent and drinkable steam beer, but the spiciness I couldíve done without.
