COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A creamy, flavorful Amber that’s smooth and easy to drink. Drop Top is fermented by an American Ale yeast to produce beer with a clean flavor and fruity aroma. The velvet texture is from the use of Honey malt and a touch of milk sugar. The Magnum bittering hops provide soft bitterness, while Simcoe, a newly developed hop variety, adds unique hop flavor and aroma.

Caytinator (1005) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - AUG 18, 2014
Copper clear beer, moderate off-white head fades down to a stable collar. Good aroma, light and biscuit-y. Nice undertones in the taste, malty and relatively mild, errs towards thin but not bad. Palate is easy, good character. Not a gold medal - honorable mention.

Squizzle (304) - Ashland, Oregon, USA - DEC 23, 2013
This is good beer out of the tap or bottle especially if its really cold. I’ve found that those of us who like it like it a lot and buy it all the time. Its good "take anywhere" micro brew.

Taste is smooth, simple, sweet and creamy, with a hint of espresso and reminiscence of vaguely fruity caramel. Worth sessioning.

toml219 (285) - California, USA - SEP 27, 2013
Appearance- Golden amber, with a clean white head. Head disappeared rather quickly. Aroma- Light malty smell with a fruity citrus undertone. T/P- Nice clean taste a bit fruity on first taste, has a bit of a hoppy slightly bitter aftertaste, but by no means harsh Overall- Very drinkable, can have several and not get tired of them. Better on warmer days
