Citrus and earthy aroma with an orangish/amber hue. Citrus and grapefruit flavor and some earthy undertones to finish with the slight bitterness. More malty than bitter. Goodgrief (2050) - Middletown, Delaware, USA - MAY 25, 2012
Golden brown pour, fruity aroma. Deliciously fruity and sweet...and yes, I get the berries. Bitter pink grapefruit/orange citrus bite. Well balanced and assertive. Good. Steve_0 (3745) - Denver, Colorado, USA - APR 21, 2012
Poured a perfectly clear golden orange, with a big fluffy bright white head. Great lacing and smells of citrus, grapefruit, and earthiness. Taste is bitter from the start to finish, sweet malt in the middle, and a touch of alcohol on the finish. Sticky mouthfeel and high carbonation. Not bad. cheap (5961) - Beaver Valley, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 25, 2012
On tap and listed as Nelson’s imperial IPA., so first I thought this was from england. Big hoppy aroma with a combined nose of BO. Looks like pale lager. Big terrible green grapefruit rind impact on the taste buds. Nice lacing on myglass. Over the top and down the sides is the impact this has on my mouth. Lots of what seems to be fresh bitter citrus in ther. Some mild co2. hellbilly (3248) - scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA - FEB 28, 2012

Bottled. Sweet sticky tang aroma. Oily texture, tart up front, a very well-balanced hoppy bitterness that goes and goes like a five dollar hooker who takes her job too seriously. Savory. Citrus and tangerine complements that are with you till the last drop. Very tasty beverage. negron (33) - Stamford, Connecticut, USA - FEB 17, 2012
Most notable is the tangy finish. Nice blend of commanding hops and malty sweetness. A very enjoyable drink, especially with grilled meats. dyetube (1378) - Hurst, Texas, USA - FEB 6, 2012
Bottle from halls liquors. Pours a rich copper color wirh a thin off white head. The aromas are citrus, grass, bread. The mouthfee is dry and bitter with a medium body and medium carbonation. Cheers! probstblueribbon (3791) - Nepean, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 23, 2012

App.: Slightly hazy amber with a small rocky head.
Aroma: Big bright citrus, intense, pine, white wine, Sauv. Blanc, apricots and tropical fruits, gorgeous, nice biscuit and caramel-ish support, beautiful.
Palate: Medium+ body, fairly aggressive effervescence.
Flav.: Pine/resin, passion fruit, apricots, brown sugar and caramel, a little savoury, more “typical” American malts, a bit grassy, a little white wine, toast, biscuit, lovely; sweet with good bitterness, slightly perfumed and floral and a long, malty, beautiful richly-hopped finish.
