Orange hazy unfiltered colour, fruity, but metallic like tart astringency. That was an unexpected bitterness. Citrus aroma. Some spice clove and pepper, theme from yeast, banana.

Bottle poured a cloudy orange yellow with a great thick head and lacing that hangs on the glass in sheets! Clean crisp citrus aroma. Flavor is light malt and citrus and very easy drinking. Very good beer, would like to have a case of this for the coming HOT summer days!

12 oz bottle: Cloudy deep gold w/ a lasting white head. Very wheaty aroma! A slight citrusy hop thatís also a little spicy. Some grainy malt as well. Otherwise pretty clean. Well balanced, wheat malt flavor, dry finish w/ a lightly bitter aftertaste. Higher carbonation, lightly dry m/f, lighter medium body. For a non German Hefe, itís pretty tasty. I like the hop aromas in the nose and the dry, crisp finish.

I tried this beer as a suggestion from a fellow attender at a Meet the Brewers Night and allow me to thank him. This was a great beer very crisp and refreshing a perfect summertime relaxer.

A passable american wheat, not very much wheat character and a tad thin but the slight sourness and noticeable fruitiness makes it drinkable.

Cool, cloudy, worth drinking, try the Pyramid instead, donít use run-on sentences. Yeah, this is fine and I like the refreshing fruit flavor. A great style, a mediocre example.

UPDATED: APR 22, 2005 Off tap. Very cloudy. Has a fruity aroma with a hint of hops. Slightly citrusy flavor, a little more bland than I expected. Itís average. Iíve enjoyed it more in the heat of July. This one almost requires fruit to cover up the bland taste.

Brad (364) - Berkley, Michigan, USA - MAR 22, 2005
Pale yellow, somewhat cloudy off the tap, slightly foamy head, white. Smells of wheat, yeast, citrus, honey. Tastes fruity, only sour fruit, bland through the middle all the way to a finish consisting of relatively nothing.

I agree with BeerBlockaid, this beer is ASS. Its overwhelmingly sour and no pleasant notes or subtlety.

tasted at library alehouse santa monica. Typical hw appearance. Slightly citrus and yeasty arome but very difficult to pick up on anything specific. Taste is muted and watery, some citrus and banana, bot nothing going on here.
