A bit of a sour aroma. I can’t see through the glass. Good carbonation. I don’t get anything distictive with the taste. Not bad. A summer refreshment. LilKem (1213) - Marietta, Ohio, USA - MAR 12, 2005

citrus aroma. yellow and very cloudy in appearance. Citrus, orange, peach flavors. served with a lemon which i discarded. tasted very hoppy to me. i enjoyed it. beerandrugby (210) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - FEB 22, 2005
draft. poured very, very hazy and a honey gold color with a slight white head that did not last. The barman put a lemon in the glass, the beer was light bodied and light flavored, really. I think the lemon covered up most of the taste, but i also detected a little yeast and some hay, wheat. pretty boring but actually quite refreshing. teebradford (51) - Senatobia, Mississippi, USA - FEB 22, 2005
Not really a big fan of these types of brews, but it was OK. Better than Pyramid’s offering. VERY cloudy. The taste was of corn flakes, a little cream, with a slight grapefruit aftertaste. I’ve definitely had worse. I must be a freak. Everytime I try a beer and hate it, it gets great reviews. When I like something, it gets bad reviews. Oh well...

Cloudy golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is a broiled fish with lots of lemon poured over it. Light bodied. With good lemon flavoring and earthy hops in the finish. An average beer. Diablokev (180) - Lakewood, Colorado, USA - FEB 12, 2005
The aroma is of honey, and lemon. The apperance is a cloudy plae gold. The flavor is light of lemon and honey. Overall I have had better, but this one’s not all that bad. BeerBlockaid (683) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - FEB 9, 2005
Lemon Notes with overwhelming wheat and a few hops. Didn’t care for at all. ass. IHCNavistar (93) - Orinda, California, USA - FEB 9, 2005
Bottle. Pours a cloudy amber, with some yeast in the bottom (Yum!). Head is somewhat there, but disappears quickly. Carbonation is a little too light for me, but is detectable. Flavor is of a creamy wheat with a few hops notes. One of my regular American Hefeweizen buys. Tmoney99 (14492) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - FEB 7, 2005
Tap. Milky golden color with medium white head. Complex aroma with combo of sweet and hops. Very drinkale wheat brew. Good start to a brew evening in San Diego.
