A passable american wheat, not very much wheat character and a tad thin but the slight sourness and noticeable fruitiness makes it drinkable. valejo (81) - Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA - MAR 24, 2005
Cool, cloudy, worth drinking, try the Pyramid instead, don’t use run-on sentences. Yeah, this is fine and I like the refreshing fruit flavor. A great style, a mediocre example. Magjayran (1379) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - MAR 23, 2005
UPDATED: APR 22, 2005 Off tap. Very cloudy. Has a fruity aroma with a hint of hops. Slightly citrusy flavor, a little more bland than I expected. It’s average. I’ve enjoyed it more in the heat of July. This one almost requires fruit to cover up the bland taste. Brad (363) - Berkley, Michigan, USA - MAR 22, 2005
Pale yellow, somewhat cloudy off the tap, slightly foamy head, white. Smells of wheat, yeast, citrus, honey. Tastes fruity, only sour fruit, bland through the middle all the way to a finish consisting of relatively nothing. Jazzy (11) - San Francisco, California, USA - MAR 16, 2005
I agree with BeerBlockaid, this beer is ASS. Its overwhelmingly sour and no pleasant notes or subtlety.

tasted at library alehouse santa monica. Typical hw appearance. Slightly
citrus and yeasty arome but very difficult to pick up on anything specific.
Taste is muted and watery, some citrus and banana, bot nothing going on

A bit of a sour aroma. I can’t see through the glass. Good carbonation. I don’t get anything distictive with the taste. Not bad. A summer refreshment. LilKem (1213) - Marietta, Ohio, USA - MAR 12, 2005
This was an ok hefe, but there were like no fruit flavas, i had t o get that from the lemon. it was unimaginative and not sd much as i expectedd from SD SSSteve (4006) - - MAR 9, 2005
citrus aroma. yellow and very cloudy in appearance. Citrus, orange, peach flavors. served with a lemon which i discarded. tasted very hoppy to me. i enjoyed it. beerandrugby (210) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - FEB 22, 2005
draft. poured very, very hazy and a honey gold color with a slight white head that did not last. The barman put a lemon in the glass, the beer was light bodied and light flavored, really. I think the lemon covered up most of the taste, but i also detected a little yeast and some hay, wheat. pretty boring but actually quite refreshing.
