Sweet aroma welcomes your palate that is further enticed by a thick khaki head and black bodied Milk Stout. Maltiness gives way to flavors of coffee, sweet chocolate, and a light bitterness. This is one smooth and very tasty Milk Stout. jbruner (4745) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - AUG 14, 2013
Pours a thick black on tap with nice tab head and good lacing. Sons of coffee and roasted malts with a slight lactose sweetness. Taste is bitter coffee with a hint of toasted toffee and a silky finish. Nicely done. strongpieman (1651) - Mount Airy, Maryland, USA - AUG 16, 2013
Bottle. Overall very nice stout, lots of coffee and chocolate flavors, roasted aroma, full body. A little sweet, would definitely do again. alobar (3793) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 25, 2014
Pours tar black with a creamy tan had. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, and lactose. Sweet flavor with milk, cocoa, dark fruit, and roasted malt, Very enjoyable beer. boFNjackson (4201) - Portland, Oregon, USA - NOV 22, 2012
Bottle... Poured pitch black with a thick forming, frothy, eggy, light khaki head. Smooth, full bodied mouthfeel. Along the lines of chocolate milk with a lot of cocoa, lactose sugar, mocha, and roast. Added char quality was sort of astringent but not overbearing.

Sight: Classic stout color and pour, hardly any head, but what there was, was crema in color, like a nice espresso.
Aroma: Nutty, slight chocolate, vanilla, slight coffee.
Taste: Slight chocolate start, vanilla, toffee, roasted, bitter middle, bitter finish, not unpleasant by any means. Lingers.
Mouth: Smooth start, slight effervescent, good fullness.
Finish: Lingering bitter, continual flavor of taste.
Very good Milk Stout. Patrickctenchi (6591) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - DEC 23, 2012

Pours a jet black with a latte head. Very pretty. A touch of sweetness along with a good hit of roast coffee bitterness. In the end it smooths out though. Lovely beer. Travlr (24875) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JAN 7, 2013
Draft. Brown color, brown head. Aroma of sweet milk chocolate. Taste is malted milk balls and a bit of coffee. Tasty. Mora2000 (6158) - McKinney, Texas, USA - JAN 12, 2013
The beer pours a dark brown to black color with a tan head. The aroma is full of chocolate and roasted malt. The flavor is very similar. I get some bitter chocolate and heavily roasted malt notes. There is also a hint of smoke and some cream notes. Medium to thick mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
