Svesse (8786) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - APR 15, 2015
(Bottle) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, slightly toasty nose with notes of dried apricots, orange, toffee, nuts and rye bread. Malty taste with toffee, dried apricots, caramel, candy sugar, orange, rye bread and a balanced spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced with a chewy malt character. Quite nice.

Pours amber with a bit of sudsy off-white foam. Aroma is vegetal (cooked veggies), cereal malt, a bit floral, and muted citrus. Taste is caramel/toffee, cooked veggie, cereal malt, herbal, and a bit of orange hard candy. Light-med body. Meh.

Koskela (505) - Marysville, California, USA - DEC 10, 2014
I get a heavy grainy aroma followed by a sweet malt in this hazy deep orange brew with almost no head. This brew has that german aroma maybe caused by the yeast. Very earthy amd sweet almost like honey sweet in this medium bodied brew. For an october fest not too bad. Worth a try.

obguthr (6656) - Staunton, Virginia, USA - DEC 7, 2014
MIld honey nose, some dried leaves. Cloudy amber, thin head. Honey on the front end, dried leaves on the back. Medium body, easily sessionable. Not a lot of oompf, but that probably wasn’t the intent.

Light brown beer, fizzy. Mellow aroma of floral and malt. Taste is moderate and pleasant... somewhat sweet. Good beer.

Bland and unmemorable, watery, generic tasting. Very faint aroma and flavors, no finish.

Obfuscate (597) - Minneapolis, - NOV 1, 2014
This is a decent Octoberfest. Little bitter on the back of your mouth. My wife likes this one better than me she gets a couple 6 packs every October.

Pours amber with a medium white head. Aroma is caramel, toast and nuts. Taste is sweet with trace bitters. Crisp and refreshing
