Massiver Gaumen mit komplexen Geschmack nach Trockenobst, Tropicals und etwas Malz. AgentAle (1812) - Fort Mcmurray, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 9, 2016
Aroma is tart, sweet malts, honey, clove and fig. Taste is dark fruits, yeast, candy sugar, and slight earthiness. The pleasant sweet palate of dark fruits and malts compliments the accenting bittering hops. Appearance is a clear dark amber with a medium pearl head that retains fairly well. alobar (3918) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 24, 2016
2012 bottle with Bravo hops. Pours a hazy golden orange with a white soapy head. Aroma of citrus, and earth with floral notes. Citrus flavor with toffee, pine, and a subtle hop bite. Very nice.

Bottle: Courtesy of JCW. Aroma of sweet citrus, toffee, light honey, and slight hints of banana bread. Pours a transparent amber with a small white ring for a head. Caramel and toffee up front. Slight hints of banana bread, honey, and candi sugar. A light bitterness is added in the finish. Sticky and syruppy mouthfeel. Styles (2016) - Lincoln Park, Michigan, USA - FEB 7, 2006
Courtesy of JCW. Transparent maber with minimal off white head, fades to a ring of film rather quickly. Great lacing. Sweet caramel malt up front with roasted grains and alcohol in the nose. Flavor is very sweet. All caramel and toffee up front, fades to a bready/cardboard middle with a huge alcohol kick in thw finish. Sticky-oily mouthfeel. Very nice brew would be alot better if the alcohol wasn’t so prominent. Big thanks to John for the rarity!! BrewDad (5667) - Olympia, Washington, USA - MAR 2, 2011

Brown in color clear with a thin head. Tons of malt and raisin malt aroma. Big barrel aging flavors and thick sweet malts. This was a tasty beer. Warms up well and was great for the cold day. Dried fruit flavors and finish.
9/21/12. On tap at Kickback’s. Clear red amber pour with a nice fluffy khaki head that sticks and laces plenty. Sweet dark fruit aroma with touches of alcohol, plenty of sugars, and citrusy hops. Dark fruits, must, and sugars in the flavor with hoppy bitterness and some citrus. Surprisingly not terrible.
