Hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Softish palate with a little fine carbonation. A little marmalade orange dominated by big fresh lemongrass. Slightly sweet. Semi dry finish. Refreshing and very moorish. Really well done.
Bomber from the Folsom BevMo. Pours hazy orange tinged gold with very little head. Grapey/grassy/floral aroma. Full bodied. Flavor is sort of gluey what with grape and grass. Quite unusual. It’s not hugely bitter, but much more so than sweet. This is either very simple or very complex. Ratman197 (14842) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - NOV 3, 2011
Bomber poured a clear gold with a lingering ring of white foam. Aromas of wheat, lemon and light white grapes. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth finish. Flavors of wheat, lemon and white grapes with a smooth lingering lemongrass finish. djd07 (14521) - Houston, Texas, USA - JUN 13, 2012
Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with small off white head. The aroma is citrus and grape. Thin mouthfeel with a strong lemon and citrus with light sour finish. Easy to drink a good brew from Widmer.

Bottle. Poured hazy golden color with an average white frothy head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate grassy citrus, wheat and alcohol aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium balanced sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Interesting beer. Bomber shared at the 18th Richmond Ratebeer Gathering. Pours a slightly hazy orange color with a thin head that quickly fades. Aroma of tart citrus, lemongrass, faint wheat. The taste is tart citrus, apricot, tropical fruits, fruit jam and canned fruit cocktail. Low carbonation, medium bodied and pretty weird. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - APR 27, 2012

Bottle @ home picked up at Wilbur’s Fort Collins and accidentally lost in the back of my fridge for a year. Pours a very hazy dark yellow orange appearance with an off white head that doesn’t have much retention. Slightly tart, herbal grape, somewhat spicy, a bit citrusy aroma. Flavor is fairly tangy/tart with a decent amount of tropical fruits, a ton of grape juice, and some spicy herbal elements. For the age, this still tastes pretty decent.
