Pours slightly hazy golden orange color with off white head. Aromas of wheat, citrus, grapes and sugar. Cloyingly sweet sugary flavor dominates. Faint wheat flavor with some grape juice and lemon. Full body with soft carbonation and a syrupy mouthfeel. Not light and refreshing like a typical wheat beer. Palidor19 (3190) - Brandon, Florida, USA - JAN 22, 2012
a solid looking and tasting beer, the beer has a beautiful golden color with a touch of haziness. the aroma is strong with a bit of grass and lemon. the taste has a strong flavor of nice bread and wheatgrass. carbonation works well for a scrub. Highly recommended. jeremytoni (3082) - Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA - JAN 28, 2012
From a bottle poured a copper color with almost no head. Sweet malty flavor with a quick finish. JohnC (3008) - Mission Viejo, California, USA - MAR 11, 2012
I had this on draft at Out of the Park Pizza in Anaheim Hills, CA. This wheat beer has a nice lemon flavor and would make it a good refreshing drink on a hot day. poisoneddwarf (2603) - Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, USA - OCT 23, 2011
Bomber. Limited Release #5, Fall 2011. Bought at Super 1 in CDA, ID. Pours hazy gold with a medium off-white head that falls into a skiff of foam after a minute; beer looks completely flat 3/4 of the way through the first glass. Aroma is peppery, lemony. The muscat comes through faintly. Taste is bittersweet with a dry bitter finish. Mouthfeel is syrupy, like grape juice is. The beer reminds me of Stone’s last Vertical Epic, which also was brewed with Muscat. Not as good as that one, but still pretty good.

4/13/2012. From a 22 oz. bomber. Golden color with a white head. Herbal, citrusy and grassy aromas. A little acidic and tart, but refreshing and easy to drink. Beerona97 (2399) - Washington, USA - FEB 1, 2012
Clear orange, frothy white head. Aroma of mango, caramel, some floral hop. Taste is sweet with a hint of lemongrass spiciness, kind of syrupy. savnac (2391) - Anchorage, Alaska, USA - AUG 13, 2012
On tap @ Café Amsterdam. Clear yellow/orange with a white head and some lacing. Aroma is lots of artificial lemon with some fruity wheat and light mustiness. Flavor is lightly tart with some citrus peel bitterness and sugary sweetness. Light body with average carbonation. Decent but couldn’t drink too much of this. beersearcher (2382) - Glendale, California, USA - DEC 28, 2011
Pours an orange-y yellow color. Aroma has no punch especially when you get that first sip that is a big hit of grape followed by notes of citrus and the spice side-effect of the lemongrass. It is growing on me. Probably better really cold. illinismitty (2271) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - NOV 30, 2011
Bottle from Whole Foods Alexandria. Pours orange with a white head that dissipates to nothing. Aroma of wheat malts and white wine. Medium bodied with a slight syrupy texture. Flavor of pale wheat malts with moderate notes of chardonnay and lemon grass. Tamed herbal bitterness. Not bad, but I would love to get more lemongrass, and perhaps less body and more dryness.
