~Fruity aroma of blackberry and citrusy grapefruit along with some resinous pine. Bready biscuity malt in background with light caramel.
~Pours clear amber color with lasting dense off white head.
~Bitter resinous pine flavor through out. Wish there was more fruitiness to balance it out. Bready malts in background.
~Medium bodied, medium co2, piney long lasting finish.
~ Really enjoyed the aroma. Could pick out different hop nuances. The flavor gets muddled and a bit one dimensional. Still enjoyable, but with all the other great IPA’s I won’t be buying this one. bth122 (1604) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 10, 2012

Bottle Pours clear dark orange with thick fast dissipating white head. Aroma is citrus, seems like oranges. Hoppy coated full flavour with a malt back bone. Still something didn’t quite gel, but it is still well worth trying. Dogbrick (13389) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - SEP 24, 2012
Sample at Saddle Rock in Wenatchee, WA. The beer is a hazed copper-amber color with a medium ivory white head that evaporates quickly. Short strings of lacing. Floral hops and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of hops, citrus and caramel malt. The finish is hoppy with a short fruity aftertaste. Decent overall. oddaroma (139) - Texas, USA - SEP 20, 2012
Amber. Just off white head. Citrus and pine on the nose. grapefruit, apricot, and tangerine hints. The finish leaves alot of flavor on the tongue. Decent and worth trying.

Pour is clear dark copper - fizzy head that shrinks to a moderate lace - aroma is fairly sweet, but it is a clean sweetness that is complimented some light tropical notes imparted by the hops - there are also some herbal touches, some dankness - flavor is a bit sweet for my tastes - and, unlike the aroma, the hops don’t come together well with this sweetness - first, the beeris quite sweet - then, suddenly, it is quite bitter - no integration of flavors - finish is earthy, woody, almost minty, with long-lingering bitterness - it’s drinkable, but given the amount of quality ipas out there, it needs to be a hell of a lot more than that. From bottle. Mild sweet nose, caramel and light hoppy character. Amber golden clear with light haze, topped with thin off-white foamy lacing head. Medium watery body with medium carbonation. Starts fairly dry and nutty with caramel and crystal sweetness. Big hoppy profile in the finish, bitter but not a lot of flavor. Lasting bitter after, dry with carbonic bite. 12oz bottle pours deep copper with full tan head. The modest aroma offers up malt sweetened tangelo mixed with pine and spicy hops. The taste is full forward tangelo and grapefruit malt sweetened citrus that rolls into more and more bitterness rimmed with spicy hops and some pine. Supporting the hops in the background is a modest yet persistent malty sweetness. Nice IPA.
