COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Glen Falconer was passionate about friends, familly, and great IPAs. So in tribute, we’ve created an IPA worth of this master brewer. Made with Falconer’s Flight hops from Hopunion, LLC, a blend named for Glen himself. The result is a bright, moderately bitter IPA with stonefruit aromas and a strong malt backbone. We think Glen would approved. Proceeds from the sale of Falconer’s Flight hops go to the Glen Hay Falconer Foundation, providing scholarships to professional and aspiring brewers. In addition, Widmer Brothers Brewing is making a donation to grant two additional scholarships. Learn more at www.glenfalconerfoundation.org. Prost! To true hop heads.

puboflyons (3508) - Allenstown, New Hampshire, USA - AUG 4, 2013
From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. It pours copper amber with a moderate short-lived head. The aroma is of pale malts, caramel malts, and mild earthy hops. The body is medium. The taste has an immediate sweetness with a touch of butter and there is a moderate hop bitterness at the end. Not all that bad.

MoritzF (10129) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - JUL 31, 2013
(bottle, 35.5cl) Hazy, amber to copper colour with a medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Slightly sugary bready malty aroma with notes of caramel and a mildly spicy and subtle fruity hoppy touch. Sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Bready malt-character with notes of caramel and candy sugar; dry-ish bitter-sweet finish with spicy hops; caramel in the aftertaste. Quite a malt-accented IPA. 23.VII.13

Bärnstensfärgad med mellanstort ljust skum! Mycket malt i smaken och inte så humlig! Helt ok ipa

mile (4056) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUL 23, 2013
Bottle. Light amber, hazy, small to average and fully diminishing head. Moderate, malty and sweetish aroma, caramel and some tropical fruitiness, light citrus and grapefruit hoppyness. Body is medium, malty and caramel sweetish flavor, light toffee, some tropical fruitiness, light citrus and grapefruit hoppyness. Finish is average, malty and sweetish, some caramel and light fruitiness, some grapefruit - light citrus hoppyness. Sweetish IPA with caramel - way too sweet for me/could use more bitterness (and less caramel).

Ordered from Bierzwerg. Not really my kind of IPA. Balanced. Unmemorable. A bit dissapointing.
