Pours a clear pale gold with small off white head. Aroma is sour, mildly floral, plenty of grain. Taste is also sour, decent grain in the middle, and then a big salty finish. I’ve enjoyed some IPLs before, but this one is bad. Too salty, no detectable IPA qualities. Four months since bottling, but it shouldn’t be this bad. jonnyguns (1105) - AUSTRALIA - DEC 17, 2013
Tap at Rogue Bar SF. Nice clear golden ipa like pour. Citrus, pine and floral hops on the nose, touch of caramel too. Taste has that lovely pine bitterness you sort out after! Grassy tones and caramel malts add to an aggressive bitterness. For a beer that's not supposed to be an IPA, it's doing a great job.

Bottle from Rite-Aid: Poured a light pale gold liquid topped with a layer of foam head. Aroma is obvious smell of IPA beer and had a mild profile of green hop pellets. The drink is bitter and has aftertastes of salty. Actually one of the better more rounded out IPA’s I have tasted from Widmer Bros. Surely the amusing recipe out of this boring 12-pack. beerandbeyond (708) - ISRAEL - DEC 11, 2013
12oz bottle poured into a tumbler glass.
Clear golden color with a decent white head and good lacing.
Fruity and piney nose, with some herbal notes and faint sulfur.
Clean light malt, med-hi bitterness, citrus peels, grass and bread.
Medium bodied, quite effervescent, refreshing and pretty OK. SlovakSniper (5561) - Candiac, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 11, 2013

Bottle @ Cockney. Slightly hazy amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, caramel, little grainy, hop and citrus. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, caramel, hop, pine, grapefruit, little sweet and medium bitter. DMLINAZ (337) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - DEC 1, 2013
Pours pale from a bottle into a room temperature glass. Heads lasts a bit. Aroma: gentle hops pop out of the glass, some citrus, a hint of grassy malt. Flavor: lager but with much more character and hops; some citrus, grassy malts. Mouth feel: lightly prickly. Good. Smurf2055 (1400) - Seattle, Washington, USA - NOV 30, 2013
Pours clear blond, finger white head.
Smell floral and lager sweetness
Taste honey, bit boozy, hoppy, sticky
IPL isn’t a good style unless it is done right, this one isn’t firemarshal (206) - North Carolina, USA - NOV 28, 2013
Bottle into lager glass. Pours a lightly cloudy honey gold color with a thick head that dissipates quickly leaving behind little lace. Aroma is definitely IPA with notes of orange peel, spruce pine, and hints of cloves. Taste is a little bland but is definitely lager-esque with an acetic initial flavor finishing lightly bitter. Light-medium body, soft carbonation, watery feel with a light alcoholic finish. I love the idea of this cold brewed IPA and it is a great result. ajnepple (6981) - Denver, Colorado, USA - NOV 22, 2013
On tap at Stagecoach. Gold and clear with a nice white head. Nice fresh aroma and flavor of citrus, tropical fruit and toasty malts. Bitter and lightly sweet.
