Bottled 10.17.11; "A prost: To doing it all again tomorrow" printed under the cap. Pours bright orange with some yellow with a 2-finger beige head that leaves some blebby lacing. Aromas of spicy pine sap and citrus, with some sweeter malty undertones. The flavor is some bitter pine, slightly salty citrus peel and bitter pith, and some light papaya sweetness in the finish. Medium carbonation and medium/full bodied, and slightly warming. Real tasty; a nice tropical IPA, nicely hopped and sweetened. Cavie (4769) - Arlington, Texas, USA - NOV 26, 2011

Appearance: Pours a dark amber with a white film sittin atop.Aubrey (3516) - Bellingham, Washington, USA - NOV 23, 2011
Aroma: Grapefruit, green tea, grain, and floral hops.
Taste: Bitter hops, dry earthy malt, a little citrus burst weaving in and out of all of that mentioned. Bitterness fades seconds after each sip.
Mouthfeel: Juicy, medium bodied with average carbonation.
Overall: Above average, and one of the best executed Rye IPAs I’ve ever had.
Beautiful copper hue; good head retention. Sweet and juicy nose is mouthwateringly inviting. Creamy, smooth and full texture. Toasty-spicy malts. Fantastic hop flavors are just bursting with citrus (grapefruit, tangerine, lemon), sugared spruce tips and sweet grass. Snappy, peppery bitterness with lingering notes of grass in the aftertaste. Tasty IPA. In the series thus far, I think I liked this one better than Falconer’s, but not as much as X-114. Drake (14057) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 22, 2011

12 oz. bottle- Pours amber orange with a nice fluffy white head. Aroma is unidentifiable hops and nice and spicy. The taste is mildly bitter with piney hops, a little caramel malt. Body is medium and sticky, carbonation is medium. Good solid IPA, much better than I thought it was going to be.
