On tap at Kincaids in Bloomington. Great IPA with aromas amd bitterness to match the malt Patrickctenchi (6624) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - JUN 28, 2013
Pours nearly clear, deep amber with a thick, tan head.
Caramel, grapefruit, spiced aroma.
Taste is a spicy blend of hops, caramel, rye.
Very smooth with a soft, herbal/grapefruit bitter.
Very good. EdInSaltLake (727) - Salt Lake City, Utah, USA - JUN 26, 2013
Herbal, fruity, spicy and light cereal-ish aroma. Flavor is tangerine-like fruit, herbal, pretty spicy (from both the rye and hops, I assume). Grainy rye malt flavor, with some sweetness. Moderate bitterness. DMLINAZ (332) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - JUN 25, 2013
Straightforward IPA with a nice mix of rye and hops; some grapefruit bitterness. Dry finish. IPAsavedMYlife (346) - St. Petersburg, Florida, USA - JUN 7, 2013
Aroma is hops, dirt caramel and some honey notes. nice caramel color, lots of head retention due to carapils. Mouthfeel is nice. The rye flavors definitely jump out at you. Pretty straight ahead, crystal, rye, pale malt combo. The rye just doesn’t seem like it works with these south of the hemisphere hops. after taste is pretty dry, bitter, and sour. Nice beer just not all that great. Enjoyability 3/5.

Clear copper color, head that quickly drops to rim, lots of dots of lace. Taste is caramel malt overtaken by cleansing hops. The two move in tandem to the finish. Excellent food beer (especially pizza!), uncomplicated, easy to drink. Recommended. Nephilium (1821) - Cleveland, Ohio, USA - JUN 4, 2013
Moderate hop aroma, with a touch of rye. Pours a clear amber with a thin white head. The hops and the rye come together quite well in this, leaving a long rye finish. If you like rye and you like IPA’s, this is one to try, especially at the price point. Aaron68 (608) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUN 3, 2013
355 ml bottle @ Parkteatret Bar,Oslo.June 01,2013
Beer from a tulip glass out in the sun
Copper in color with a thin white head.
Aroma is hop, herbs, yeast and some alcohol.
A bit bitter and spicy beer.
The beer is ok, but not a favorite.
To expensive for buying it again in Norway ajtrupp (340) - Broomfield, Colorado, USA - MAY 29, 2013
I feel like my eyes were just opened this weekend to rye IPAs and this was probably the best of the bunch.

On draft at the brass tap, poured a light amber color with aromas of light rye, grapefruit, and some light pine. Flavors are the same, ok IPA overall.
