12 oz. bottle, out a mixed pack, from the sto’. Hazy, coppery orange color. Head is thin and wispy. The aroma smells of a little tea, ginger, and clove. I’m getting a little cardamom, too. Fairly nuanced aroma. There is also a citrus-y hop aroma that comes through, and melds fairly well with the aforementioned aromas. This is a fairly nice smellin’ IPA. Taste is cardamom, ginger, soft black pepper, and subtle tea flavor at the end. The citrus hop flavor is there the entire time. There is a subtle pepper bite coming from this. This beer has a great texture. I’m fairly pleased with this, and I think Widmer did a fantastic job. Good stuff. Ttrunk (58) - California, USA - APR 23, 2012

Clear gold with a white head. Aroma hits with cardamom, lemon grass, fresh cut grass, lime zest. Flavor is spicy, lime, cardamom, pepper, yeast, grassy hops. Cool stuff! carbidetoolguy (6) - York, South Carolina, USA - MAY 10, 2012 does not count
Very enjoyable IPA with a nice copper color and good head retention. The aroma of the hops and spices are excellent when opening the bottle. The complex blend of hop bitterness with the spices have a nice aftertaste. I will be purchasing this selection again. simonlelo (8) - miami, Florida, USA - JUN 7, 2012 does not count
First time trying a widmer brother and came out liking it shot. The smell had a nice hoppy aroma, the appearance was a semi dark IPA, the after taste was somewhat of a weird taste but good, would definitely have another if I could.

Draft. Hazy gilden yellow color, large fluffy white head, great lacing. Aroma of freshly cut wet grass. Taste is bright grass and pine. Very nice.
