COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Three Kings is a blend of their three winter warmers: Doppelbock, Bourbon Barrel Bock, and Winternacht. The blend is rich, complex, and velvety smooth, The Ale offers sweetness, rich caramel and roasted malts, a light undertone of hops, and a hint of bourbon.

Rated at the Holiday Ale Festival in Portland Oregon. This was a murky brown, with a minimal head, that diminished fairly quickly. Malty / alcohol nose, but not unpleasant. Smooth up front, with the bourbon taste still present, though not overpowering as in the Bourbon Bock. Smooth malty middle, and a bitter finish, with the alcohol making a comeback. Nice, complex, and warming, though I have no idea of the alcohol content. My favorite of the festival.
