COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with 6 different hop varieties and 3 different grains, including wheat, Upheaval will be a fitting tribute, not only to the bold Northwest-style IPA, but to Kurt and Rob Widmer’s unapologetic attitude in legacy of innovation.

Draft at Sioux Falls fest. Hazy golden amber color, medium white head. Aroma of citrus and pine. Taste is balanced, fruity. Easy drinking for a 7%er.

12 oz bottle of Upheaval IPA into a lager glass. Bottled date on the label of March 2015. Pours with a medium amber body that is slightly hazy. The medium size (~1 cm) bone-colored head is quite durable and leaves plenty of sticky lacing on the glass. Tropical fruit hop aroma with some baked bread and herbal hops precedes the very fruity (citrus) flavor. Moderate-mild bitterness is below average for American IPAs, which is fine by me. In fact, for just a moment it is actually sweet when it hits the tongue. O: a very good IPA, at least for those who like the fruity hop varieties and limited bitterness.

bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Hazy medium amber color, smooth 1" ivory head, bands of lace. Aroma of hops and malt. Taste is malt that is joined 50-50 by floral hops, with both moving to a smooth sweet n’ bitter finish. Really well balanced, really easy to drink, seems much simpler than 7% abv. Recommended.

Hazy orange color with white head Straightforward pine-resinous aroma, grapefruit, woodfloor. Taste is more pines, grapefruits, mouthfeel is not as thick as expected. Bitter finish. Good stuff, and surprisingly light!

Просроч& бутылка, дома. Аромат хмеля насыщен& цитрусо& но вкус абсолют& плоский, водянис& осталос& чуть горечи и сладост& Скорее всего сказыва& то, что выдохся весь хмель.

Bottle - Well balanced between hop and malt, I didn’t find it to be a strong hop flavor. More of a fruity citrus hop flavor. Subtle hints of grapefruit and orange. Dry flavor as well on the back of the palate.
