Called Weihnachtsbock this year, 6.2% so I guess it’s the same. Golden body, white head. Slightly oily fruity malty aroma. Vaguely peach light malty taste, almost no hop at all. Slightly eggy. Not much more to it, good beer, drinkable, but ultimately boring. Geiserich (4529) - Linz, AUSTRIA - MAR 6, 2010
Draught at the brewpub: Malty aroma, fresh and light yeasty. White head, lively carbonation, golden color. Flavor is malty, light fruity and light sweet. Balanced by a light bitter finish, Light dry end. Not bad but a bit boring.
