Pale golden colour, average head. Little carbonation. No strong taste, but after a moment a light herbal aftertaste. Balanced, subtle but not special.

0,5 l bottle as Teisendorfer Hell. Clear dark golden with a big white foamy head. Looking good. Malty and grassy on the nose. Taste starts malty with some sweetness, caramell, low grain, smooth. Little bit bitterness to the end. Not bad for its kind.

Do estilo helles da Alemanha, apresenta-se como um ótimo exemplar. Aroma delicioso do malte fresco da região da Bavária, bem suave, refrescante e boa para beber sem agredir o paladar.

Very fruity and malty Helles where the flavor is almost close to Kristallweizen. Big malty body with a nice crisp and hoppy aftertaste. Very refreshing.

Bottle [as Wieninger Teisendorfer Hell] @ home. Clear golden color, medium sized white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Smell and taste malts, hayish, lightly some sweet grains, lightly bitter in the finish. Decent body and carbonation. Not bad.

Heller, erstaunlich leerer Antrunk. Trocken, wenig herb, erst sehr spät etwas würzig werdend. Leer, fast neutral bleibend. Schwach, sehr schwach. 8/4/7/4/8/4

500 ml bottle as “Wieninger Teisendorfer Hell” bought at Great Food Hall in Pacific Place, Admiralty.

Pale golden honey colour; Half finger head and soapy white foam which fades in 30 seconds; Good sticky lacing and fizzy carbonation; Quite pungent smell of lager malt, with nice honey, light floral, molasses, light bread, lemon and light grass; Mid to light sweet taste of light lager malt, with very light wet cardboard (2 minutes), strong molasses, honey, light grains, light bread, light lemon, moderate bitter hops and grass; Light body. Slick palate; Mouth feel is quite well attenuated maltyness. Light body but slick. Very expressive and tasty molasses and honey which mixed well with light but citrusy hops. Slighty bready to round up. Easy and neat!... Hoppiness is floral, lemon and grass in nose and taste. Bitterness is moderate to low for an abrupt but notable medium sweet-bitter finish; Quite dry after taste. Nicely sweet and slightly bitter to mouth.

Comments: This Helles is honey-sweet all the way without being offensive. Pretty simple for the style, no delicate cookie taste but is quite charming in its own way. If they got strict with QC and do away the wet paper taste and smelly nose will be even better. A neat and easy one for now.
