Bottled. Hazy orange/brown coloured. Extremely sweet and yeasty. Very unpleasant rotten notes. Undrinkable.

MartinKubert (862) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 23, 2006
Thick flavour. Quite sharp and sweet. Some spicy notes in both aroma and flavour. Rather alcoholic finish and aftertaste.

rickgordon (3878) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - JAN 17, 2006
Bottled. Dark brown. Big malty aroma with notes of tropical fruits and chocolate. Flavour is big malty and has a rich chocolate tone. Pronounced alcohol feel and not much of wheat profile.

Emil (6064) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 20, 2005
Bottle. Orange colour with no head. Wheaty, light fruity aroma and a sweet wheaty, caramel, light alcoholic taste. Medium body and a sweet light alcoholic finish.

Ungstrup (38413) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 14, 2005
An unclear orange beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of banana and wheat, while the flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol and banana - not much wheat to speak of. The mouthfeel is thin inspite of the alcohol presence in the flavor and the rather high ABV - weird. This can be done much better.

ThomasE (5174) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 14, 2005
Cloudy orange colour with an off white head. Malty and fruity aroma with an alcohol note. Sweet, light fruity flavor and a strong alcohol finish.

Papsoe (25056) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 9, 2005
(Bottle 33 cl) Unclear, dark golden with a creamy, white head. Lightly alcoholic nose. Weak notes of wheat. Lightly sweet and malty with pronounced alcohol in the finish. 041105

[bottle at Wieninger restaurant in Germany] Cloudy, very effervescent, yellow-light brown with a rocky head that forms excellent lacing. The aroma was full of delicious yeast mixed with clove plus lemon notes and just a hint of sulfur from the yeast. Lemony malt flavour balance with phenolic cloves and just a tiny bit of banana esters. Low but perceptible bitterness playing off a minty, cold alcohol flavour, both are balanced with a pleasant sweetness. Light body and tons of carbonation.
