Clear medium amber brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, bread - danish ryebread, roasted, caramel, brown sugar notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090704]

Im Antrunk ist eine seichte Malzigkeit vorhanden, die auch im weiteren Verlauf auf diesem Level bleibt. Trotz der Milde des Aromas ist es der Hauptton des Bieres, kein anderes Aroma zeigt sich in irgendeiner Form. Minimal herber Abgang, in dem das Malz weiter konstand mild ist. Ein eintöniges, immerhin süffiges und frisches Bier.
