Tap, GABS. Cloudy red with a pink tinged head. Slightly jammy cherries. Proper wheaty sourness that is juxtaposed rather than offset by any sweetness. A bit heavy on the cherries for the texture - perhaps the filter of cherries was a mistake but I couldn’t get upstairs to try it without. Refreshing. A version without a schuss would be very welcome.

On tap at GABS, the Local Taphouse in Sydney. Tried this on the normal tap and also through the randall, or as the call it at the Darlo Taphouse, the Funky Brewster. Much tastier through the randall, so I’ll rate it off that one.
Pours a pinkish red, with a small pink head. Aromas of sweet and sour cherry, with wheat and coconut. Taste is very tart and sour cherry, with wheat. Very tart finish. Magnificent!
On tap, served through a beer filter with morello cherries. Very nice beer. Aroma of raspberry, with a hint of banana. Taste is sweet and sour, with good length. Palate is velvety, with a medium body. Red, with a frothy head.
