Very pale golden color. Sweet malty mouth that is a bit fruity. Boring would be the best word

Nice floral hop aroma. Clear golden colour with ok head. Very hoppy flavour with a slightly bitter finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Bottle. Large white head over a very clear golden body. Aroma/taste of honey, tropical fruits, bread. Medium bodied with a bitterish finish.

Tap. Pours clear pale gold with a short-lived white head. Faint aroma of malt, fruity esters and grass. Crisp and refreshing flavours, some esters, low sweetness and mild bitterness. Light bodied, average carbonation with a dry finish.

Tap. Nice beer, but it doesn’t taste like an amber ale. Aroma has honey, and citrus. Taste is sweet, with average duration. Palate is oily, and the body is thin to medium. Pale yellow, with a thin head.

UPDATED: AUG 23, 2010 was brought back from the brewery by a mate, gave me a 6 pack. salty and sweet, is a decent drop but just not enough, seems a bit lacking.

330ml bottle. This is now available as a 6 pack take-out from the brewpub as well as on draught. It is a Kolsch style ale with a delicate malty and floral nose and a lovely clean refreshing palate. It finishes fruity with a hint of pears and citrus. Light bodied with a lowish carbonation. Pours with a clear straw yellow body and a small lasting white head. Very drinkable and would make a very pleasant session beer.

From a 330ml bottle on 8/1/2010. Not much of a nose when first poured but once you start consuming there is a lot more to it. It’s quite floral, with a good dollop of honeyed sweetness (perhaps just a shade too much), followed by an appropriately slightly sour finish. A fairly decent, quite refreshing drop.

Nothing flash to look at but a breathtakingly good dose of floral citrus and then deep layers of saltiness like a good pilsner. Somewhat confused and a little too sweet but very good.
