COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Wiibroe Porter (Imperial Stout) huskes stadig som verdens bedste Porter. Den blev lanceret i 1930 og fandt i en årrække også vej til udlandet, hvor den solgtes i mindre flasker. I 1996 vandt Wiibroe Porter sølvmedalje i verdensmesterskabet for ølbrygning.

Bottle. A very strong porter. Strong in taste and alcohol. Plenty of malt and bitter hops. Full and rich without being too sweet. I like.

Bottle (8,2%) dark with a medium beige head. Aroma and taste is coffee and chocolate. Aftertaste was to bitter and to much alcohol at the end. Probably better with some coffee and cake ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle (8,2%). Pours dark with medium beige head. Aroma is chocolate and coffee. Somehwat bitter with a bit to much taste of alochol. The aftertaste reminds of roasted bread. Decent.

A very nice porter. Coffee and chocolate in the aroma and in the taste. Very good compared to the price.

Dyb mørk porter med flot karamelfarvet skum. Duft af karamel og lakrids. Smag af lakreids, malt, chokolade m.m. Flot porter, ikke mindst til prisen.

Beergaard (384) - Aarhus, DENMARK - MAR 12, 2017
Decent but extremely overrated. Sweet burnt caramel, roasted malt, soy sauce and some bitterness in the end. Not enough to ballance the sticky sweet booze.

Wow. en overraskende god porter. Masser af fylde og smag. Tilpas med bitterhed. Bliver måske lidt tung mod slutningen.

Echon (535) - Århus, DENMARK - OCT 31, 2016
Black. The aroma is a bit metallic and not the selling point here. Full, roasted malty flavour, moderate sweetness and low bitterness. Full body. Overall, a good baltic porter. Straightforward, simple and tasty.

Desverger (12539) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - SEP 1, 2016
Bottle from Voldby K, shared with Niller - pitch black pour with off white head. Dark roasted and sweet malty with notes of cocoa, burnt caramel, some liquorice, earthy and nice charred smokey burnt malty notes, lovely stuff.
