Medium body, soft carbonation. CurlyJoe (461) - AUSTRALIA - MAY 25, 2017
Proper cloudy yellow, no head, very light carbonation. Aroma starts off like a sticky IPA, then this funk comes through. Taste is the same, takes a few sips to really get a feel for the sourness. Really nice though. Not a sharp sourness at all, very mellow. Clean after taste very reminiscent of a classic brett, with a bitter twist. tmzl (367) - SLOVENIA - MAY 24, 2017
Fruitier, earthy, rotten fruit, some medicinal phenols, medium bitterness, nice complexity.
