UPDATED: SEP 19, 2017 Yes sir, I can boogie! This is defintely a sweet IPA, very brett and very organic. Tastes like no other, it is an ultimate hybrid between European and American Brett IPAs. Which gives it it’s own particular flavour. erikaraeb (262) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 7, 2017
Creamy, opaque amber color with tons of yeast left in the bottle. Nicely rounded lychee, mango, and grapefruit aroma and taste finished with a milky mouthfeel. Not overly bitter, just a small tinge at the end of the sip. Brett-ing really lends this one a voluptuous feel. jbruner (5008) - Marietta, Georgia, USA - JUN 1, 2017
Brasserie V in Madison, WI. Pours a hazy pale yellow on tap with bubbly white head that dissipates slowly to leave moderate lace. Aroma of earthy new school hops, mild horse blanket funk and dirt, and mild malty booze. Taste is funk and earth, dirt and mild hops. Dry finish hides the booze, bubbly carbonation, bigger bitterness.
