Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is herbal, grassy and quite floral, but with some some dry kind of sour wooden notes. Flavour is sour wood, some grass, herbs, earth and mild citrusy notes too. Mild yeastiness in the finish too. Quite refreshing and tasty, on the verge of sweet and sour, giving a bit of both to it.

Craft Clerkenwell. Also a bottle on the 14th December. Hazy gold beer, good white head. Nice nose of floral vanilla oak. Palate is crisp and light. Sharp minerals. Slightly tart citrus, grapefruit and a little apricot. Light vanilla oak in good balance, but is this beer BA? Must be the Sorachi providing that cream then. Smooth finish. Intriguing and tasty and easily the best I’ve tried from this new brewery.
Bottle at The White Horse Old Ale Festival, London, courtesy of the Wild Beer guys. Pours cloudy yellow with a soft, white foam head. Lots of dry yeast character, although I did get the end of the bottle. There are notes of lemon and bubblegu, in here. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Dry and fairly yeasty to finish, with some dough, gum and subtle fruits. Very nice. Rasmus40 (21695) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - OCT 11, 2013
